Return, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

1. Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns: only if you have received an item that is:

  • Damaged
  • Defective
  • A different color or type than what you ordered

Conditions for Returns:

  • You must initiate the return request within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • The product must not be used.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging along with all tags, labels, accessories, and free items.
  • Unboxing Video Required: To validate a claim for a damaged or faulty product, you must provide an unboxing video of the package and product. Please do not accept the package if it appears torn or tampered with.

Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Items: Due to their nature, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items purchased from the SALE section.
  • Products missing original packaging, labels, or accessories.
  • Consumable items like cosmetics, attars, perfumes, etc.
  • Custom-made or made-to-order products.
  • Fragile items, electronic items, toys, watches, and clocks.

Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

2. Cancellation Policy


You may cancel your order online at any time before the product has been shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated as a return.

3. Refund Policy

A. Refund Processing and Timeline

This is the most important part of our policy. Please read it carefully.

Once your cancellation or return is approved, we will initiate the refund process. The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account is as follows:

  • Internal Processing Time: Our team will process the refund within 2-3 business days after the cancellation is confirmed or after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Bank/Gateway Processing Time: After we process the refund, it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days for the amount to be credited to your account by your bank or payment gateway.

Therefore, the total time to receive a refund will typically be between 7 to 12 business days. We appreciate your patience during this period.

B. Method of Refund
  • Prepaid Orders (Cancelled Before Shipping): For orders that are cancelled before they are shipped, a full refund will be issued to your original payment source (Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, Wallet).
  • Prepaid Orders (Returned After Delivery): For approved returns of delivered orders, the refund will be credited as Store Credit to your Gohalalshopper account. This credit can be used for any future purchases on our website.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds for COD orders are issued only as Store Credit after deducting shipping and COD charges.

Please Note:
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Gohalalshopper reserves the right to refuse any return or refund if the product does not meet the conditions stated above.
