Does GoHalal Shopper deliver globally?

GoHalal Shopper ships its products not only within the UAE but also across the globe.

Delivery Timeframes:
  • Ready/Available Products: Shipped in 1-2 working days.
  • Custom-made/Tailor-made Products: Shipped in 3-5 working days.
For Urgent Deliveries:

For time-sensitive orders, contact our team and place your order at least 48 hours in advance to ensure specific delivery times.

For International Orders – Outside UAE:
  • Normally, it takes 4-6 working days to deliver through DHL, FedEx, Aramex, UPS, etc.
  • Please note that any delay caused by unforeseen time lags by courier companies or customs processing is beyond our control.
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or customs processing fees determined by the destination country’s government.
For Domestic Orders – UAE: :
  • After dispatch, we strive to deliver your products within 3-5 working days. However, it may take 7-10 days in some remote locations.
  • We partner with reliable courier services such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, Ecom Express, Ekart, and Professional Courier.
Failed Delivery Attempts:
  • Delivery partners will attempt to deliver the product three times. 
  • If the order needs delivery to another address or requires another delivery attempt, the customer bears the courier charges.
  • The address cannot be changed once the order is shipped.
  • GoHalal Shopper is not liable for any wrong address provided during registration
Tracking Your Order:
  • Once shipped, it can take up to 4 hours for tracking information to be updated. You’ll receive the shipment in the next 2-4 working days.
  • If multiple tracking numbers appear, your order was shipped in more than one package.
  • Acknowledge the proof of delivery provided on delivery.
  • All products are deemed accepted upon delivery.
Public Holidays:
  • Orders will not be processed during public holidays, natural calamities, or emergency holidays
  • Prior information regarding such instances will be communicated to the customer through the registered email address or mobile number.

Please Note:

  • Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages.
  • In case of late deliveries, you will be informed via SMS or email from the shipping partner.
  • Use the tracking number provided by the respective courier service for updates.
