Thank you for shopping with GoHalal Shopper. Please review our shipping policy to understand how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.
1. Delivery Coverage
Currently, GoHalal Shopperdelivers only within India
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
2. Dispatch and Delivery Timelines
• Ready/Available Products: Dispatched within 4–6 business days.
• Custom-made/Tailor-made Products: Dispatched within 7–9 business days.
Note: After dispatch, delivery typically takes 4–6 business days, depending on the destination. Deliveries to remote areas may take up to 7–9 days.
We ship through trusted courier partners such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, Ecom Express, Ekart, Professional Courier, and India Post.
3. Urgent Deliveries
For urgent delivery requests, please contact our support team and place your order at least 48 hours in advance to ensure timely processing.
4. Public Holidays and Unforeseen Delays
Orders are not processed or shipped during public holidays, natural calamities, or emergency shutdowns.
Customers will be notified in advance via email or SMS in case of any expected delay.
5. Delivery Attempts and Returns
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver your order up to three times.
If the order remains undelivered after three attempts, it will be returned to GoHalal Shopper.
To avoid delivery issues:
• Please provide a complete and accurate address (including house/door number, street, area, landmark, city, and pincode).
• Ensure a valid mobile number is provided for communication and faster delivery.
If re-delivery to a different address is required, the additional courier charges will be borne by the customer.
Addresses cannot be changed once an order has been shipped.
GoHalal Shopper is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies or incorrect address details provided by the customer.
6. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges vary based on the weight, size, and destination of your order and will be displayed during checkout.
• Free Shipping: Orders above ₹4,000 (across India).
• Standard Shipping: ₹50 for the first 500g, plus ₹50 for every additional 500g.
• Additional Charges: Any applicable taxes or delivery fees will be clearly shown at checkout.
No hidden costs such as Octroi or additional taxes will be applied.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared via email/SMS within 4 hours of dispatch.
Delivery usually occurs within 2–4 business days thereafter.
If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped in separate packages and may arrive on different days.
You can track your order using the tracking number provided by our courier partners.

Upon delivery, please acknowledge the proof of delivery provided by the courier.
All products are considered accepted once successfully delivered to the address mentioned at checkout.
8. Additional Information
• Orders with multiple shipments may arrive on different days depending on courier handling.
• In case of unexpected delivery delays, customers will be notified promptly via SMS or email from the shipping partner.
