Eligibility for Returns:

Returns will be accepted under the following circumstances:

 

Damage, Defect, or Different Color:

 

  • Please do not accept the package if it appears torn, tampered, damaged, or shows signs of leakage.
  • In the case of suspicion regarding package integrity, take an unboxing video to support your return and exchange claim.

Non-refundable Items:

  • Items from the SALE section.
  • Return requests are made outside the specified time frame.
  • Missing components from the received package, including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories.
  • Defective/damaged products are covered under the manufacturer's warranty.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or incidental damage due to malfunctioning.
  • Consumable items that have been used or installed. Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.
  • Products with tampered or missing serial numbers.

  • Made-to-order/custom jewelry.
  • Fragile items, consumable products like cosmetics, attars, body sprays, and electronic products like toys, watches, clocks, etc .
  • Custom-made products like tailored Abayas, Kaftans, Burkhas, etc.

How to Return a Product:

If, for any reason, you wish to obtain a refund or exchange, please follow these steps:

Time Frame: ​

  • Items from the SALE section. Return requests are made outside the specified time frame.
  • Missing components from the received package, including price tags, labels, original packing, freebies, and accessories.
  • Defective/damaged products are covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.

  • Condition of the Product​

    • Ensure that the product(s) remain in an unused and unaltered condition.
    • Retain the original tags, labels, and any additional accessories that came with the product.
    • For certain products, especially personal care items and cosmetics, ensure that any hygiene seals or protective packaging remain unbroken.

    Return Process:

  • Once we receive the items, we will investigate the order case and process the refund.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
    Cash on Delivery (COD) shipments are refundable as store credit only, deducting shipping and COD charges.

  • Cancellations:

    You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded. The payment for all returned products will be credited to the customer’s Islamic Shop account in the form of store credit, which can be used for the next purchase.
